One (1) preventive maintenance check during the fall includes the following:
Furnishing and installing standard size filters during scheduled maintenance (Specialized filters are available at an additional cost
Checking all belts and drives and making adjustments if necessary
Checking gas valves, heating controls, fan limits and sensors for proper operation
Checking all fan motor bearings and lubricating as needed
Checking electronic ignition
Checking gas jets and proper ignition
Checking flame for proper color and gas flow
Checking flame sensor (if applicable)
Checking amperage and making any adjustments needed for optimum efficiency
Checking all equipment electrically and mechanically
Checking and calibrating automatic controls and thermostats
Checking brush blower area, if required
Checking for carbon monoxide
Checking heat exchanger
Checking humidifier, where applicable, and installing a new humidifier pad at 20% discount
Providing a list of the work performed during preventive maintenance check
Change thermostat batteries as needed during routine maintenance
Change carbon monoxide detector batteries as needed during routine maintenance
Breezin HVAC attests that the above services shall be provided during scheduled preventive maintenance.
