Excellent Service!  I would like to commend your technician - Robert.  We had an issue in my house where we had no heat.  Robert came over, found the problem and went out of his way to get the motor we needed for the heating unit.  It was late in the day when this happened and Robert even went so far as to have the part delivered back to the shop where he went to pick it up.  There was a problem in getting authorization from the insurance company and between Robert and his boss, they were able to resolve the issue.  Robert returned that evening and repaired our heating unit so that we would have heat in the house over the long 3 day weekend.  This is not the first time that Robert has been to my home nor is it the first time that he has went above and beyond.  Robert is a professional in every sense of the word and he is very compassionate when dealing with people.  He's a really great guy and I'm sure an asset to your business.  There should be more people like Robert out there.

All in all A-1 job all around!  We had a problem at our house this hot, hot, hot weekend and were delighted by the service provided by Breezin.  Carol was wonderful to talk to, she was calm, pleasant and cool as a cucumber.  Rob showed up early Sunday morning and was professional, helpful and diligent.  It was wonderful dealing with a company that was smart enough to put extra technicians on call in anticipation of increased problems.  Carol was very considerate and called us Sunday morning to say that Rob was on his way.  All in all A-1 job all around!

A Song of Praise for Mr. Slim!  With a baby on the way, the time has come for us to install air conditioning in our condo.  On the advice of a good friend, we sought the expertise of the professionals at Breezin HVAC.  The owner himself, Shawn Montague, presented us with information on several systems.  He patiently explained the systems in detail.  Although more expensive, the Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless air conditioning system was the one for us.  The crew from Breezin was extremely professional, courteous, punctual and quite knowledgeable.  They answered all our questions and showed us all the P's and Q's of our new climate control system.  The best part of it all is that while our electric bill has increased minimally, our oil bill has dropped.  The Mitsubishi Mr. Slim, and all the wonderful folks at Breezin HVAC all get four very enthusiastic thumbs up from the both of us!

Thankful! I have used several air conditioning companies on Staten Island and was displeased with all of them for various reasons.  Many hold dear the viewpoint that the customer is NOT always right, while others are chock full of the "Staten Island attitude".  Thankfully, and fortunately, I found Breezin HVAC.  Bob and his co-worker did a splendid, extrememly professional and proficient job in my home.  They were neat, prepared, personable and on time.  No talking on cell phones, smoking or profanity was used.  I recommend Breezin HVAC and will call them again.  Oh, the prices are quite fair too.

Pleasantly surprised!  I called your service at 8:30 A.M. on a Saturday morning and had a service technician at my home before 10:00 A.M.  He not only got my heat going immediately, he also checked my unit and advised me that the motor was probably on it's way out.  He ordered my new motor on Monday and advised that it would be replaced by the end of the week.  Thanks for sending Chris, he is very knowledgable and efficient.

Thankful customer!  Mr. Robert Fauci is a wise and knowledgable professional.  He was quick to diagnose the problem with my heating system.  He decided to do a CO leak test, which surprisingly, was positive.  Luckily, the CO was mixed with air, so we did not suffer any respiratory problems. Con Edison had been to my house the week before and they did not think of taking a CO test.  We do not have a CO detector, and as you know, this is an odorless, colorless gas.  I thank God for Mr. Fauci, and his foresight and experience.
